FinTechPro provides tax filing, GST, UAE VAT, corporate tax, bookkeeping, payroll and virtual-CFO services. The exact scope, deliverables and fees for your engagement are confirmed before work begins.

2. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete and timely information and documents.
• Review drafts we share and approve filings before submission.
• Meet payment terms for the services you engage.

We rely on the information you provide. We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information, or from delays in providing it.

3. Professional scope & no guarantee of outcome

We deliver our services with professional care, and qualified reviewers sign off on filings. However, tax outcomes depend on your circumstances and on decisions by tax authorities (such as the Income Tax Department, GST authorities or the UAE FTA). We do not guarantee a specific refund, assessment or ruling. Content on this website is general information, not individual tax or legal advice.

4. Fees & payment

Fees are as quoted for your engagement. Government fees, taxes and third-party charges are additional and are your responsibility. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Intellectual property

The website, its content and tools are owned by FinTechPro. You retain ownership of the documents and data you provide; you grant us the permissions needed to deliver your services.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh, unless a different mandatory law applies to your engagement.
