Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be confident engaging us. This policy explains when cancellations and refunds apply.

1. Before work begins

If you cancel an engagement before we have started work, you are entitled to a full refund of any fees paid for that engagement.

2. After work has started

Once preparation has begun, refunds are pro-rated to reflect the work already completed. If a deliverable (such as a prepared return) has been shared with you for approval, that portion of the fee is non-refundable.

3. Government & third-party fees

Statutory fees, taxes, penalties and third-party charges paid to authorities (for example the Income Tax portal, GST portal or the UAE FTA) are non-refundable, as they are not retained by us.

4. Service issues

If a filing we completed contains an error caused by us, we will correct it at no additional charge. Where a service was not delivered as agreed, contact us and we will make it right, including a refund where appropriate.

5. How to request a refund

Email info@fintechpro.co.in with your name and engagement details. We aim to acknowledge within 2 business days and process approved refunds to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
