We handle tax and financial documents, so protecting your data is central to how we work. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights.

1. Who we are
FinTechPro provides tax, GST, UAE VAT, corporate tax, bookkeeping, payroll and virtual-CFO services for clients in India and the UAE. For any privacy question, contact us at info@fintechpro.co.in or +91 92117 64115. Registered office: Sector 12, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India.
2. Information we collect
- Identity & contact: name, email, phone, country/region.
- Account data: authentication details managed via Google Firebase Authentication (we never see your password).
- Service data: documents you upload (e.g. Form 16, invoices, financial statements) and the details needed to deliver your filing.
- Usage data: basic, privacy-respecting analytics about how the site is used.
3. How we use your information
- To deliver the services you request and prepare/file your returns.
- To communicate about your engagement, deadlines and required actions.
- To meet our own legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your documents for advertising.
4. Where your data is stored
Data is hosted on Google Cloud Platform. Documents are stored in Google Cloud Storage and structured records in Cloud SQL (PostgreSQL), with access restricted to the team members assigned to your case. Files are transferred over encrypted connections.
5. Sharing
We share data only with: (a) the assigned expert(s) working on your case; (b) government tax portals (e.g. the Income Tax portal, GST portal, the UAE FTA's EmaraTax) as needed to file on your behalf; and (c) infrastructure providers (such as Google Cloud) acting as processors under contract. We never sell or rent your information.
6. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can withdraw consent for non-essential processing. To exercise any right, email info@fintechpro.co.in. We will respond within a reasonable period and in line with applicable law.
7. Retention
We retain engagement records for as long as required by tax and accounting law, after which they are securely deleted. You may request earlier deletion of data that we are not legally required to keep.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as our services or the law evolve. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date.
